What makes your Beef and Weck unique?

Our Beef and Weck features a twist on the traditional recipe, adding our own unique flavors and sauces. From our own slow roasted beef to our on site baked from scratch Weck Rolls, this is a mobile kitchen in essence.

Where do you get your Weck Rolls?

Well, just like mostly everything on this concession trailer...we make them. The Weck or Kimmelweck or Kummelweck is basically a German Roll (Kimmel means Caraway and Weck means Bread Roll in German) with Caraway and Coarse sea salt on it. Similar in shape to a Kaiser roll. We bake our Weck Rolls every day during events and usually during the event. We want them oven fresh!!

Why is it called Beef and Weck? Isn't it supposed to be Beef on Weck

Yes! In Western New York it's Beef on Weck. When I visited my grand parents in Niagara Falls when I was like 8 or 9, we were served this sandwiches and I thought it was always Beef and Weck. Even to this day, I am constantly saying Beef and Weck.
