Black cherries bring rich fruit character and a naturally dusky sweetness, while fermented red pepper and habanero give the sauce structure, brightness, and a clean rising heat that never turns into candy or jam. The result is a dark cherry red hot sauce with real table versatility - rich enough for pork and duck, sharp enough for wings and burgers, and balanced enough to feel premium instead of novelty.
Fermented red pepper prevents the cherry from drifting into syrup or jam, while habanero gives the finish lift and authority. It is refined enough for duck and charcuterie, yet practical on pork, wings, burgers, meatballs, sausage, and sharp cheeses.
Know Your Sauce
Fermented red peppers (red jalapeno peppers, red bell peppers, garlic, water, salt), black cherries, black cherry puree, fermented habanero peppers, roasted red bell pepper, apple cider vinegar, shallot, red wine vinegar, garlic, honey, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, salt.
Pulled pork, grilled chicken thighs, duck, pork tenderloin, burgers, smoked sausage, wings, meatballs, charcuterie boards, and sharp cheddar pairings.
Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use. Natural separation may occur.
