The fermented red pepper backbone keeps it grounded as a real hot sauce, while pomegranate juice, puree, and molasses build a dark-fruit profile that feels lush without turning syrupy. It is smooth, controlled, and designed to establish the identity of the sauce before the hotter versions start adding more ghost and habanero on top.

Pomegranate juice, fruit, and molasses create a lush but controlled center over a savory red-pepper foundation. The ghost and habanero tiers sharpen the contrast without burying the fruit, making it ideal for lamb, pork, wings, duck, grilled meats, cheese, and roasted vegetables.

How to Use

Storage

Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use. Natural separation may occur.
